Slightly larger than the original Therapy Balls, the Therapy Ball PLUS are approximately 7cm in diameter, and are the equivalent compression as a massage therapist’s elbow working its way into your muscles.

These larger balls are designed to add hight in order to create more pressure, and are ideal for rolling down either side of the spine from the top of the neck down to the sacrum, as well as areas like the IT band and hips.

The tote is made from a mesh fabric which has its own grip to add to the impact of rolling. The holes in the fabric allow the grippiness of the balls to reach through. The toggle at the top helps to keep the balls secured, while also allowing flexibility with respect to how much space you might require between them when using them in a pair.
